Student impressions of today (19th September) ’s experience-based online lesson are as below. Generally experience-based online lesson using MR technology shows significant educational effect even in COVID-19 pandemic situation.

Conclusion

The experience-based online lesson using HoloLens 2 is summarized as below.

  • No fears at all comparing to conventional VR goggle (100%)
  • HoloLens 2 is easy to operate (80+%)
  • All students want to learn other lesson contents using MR technology (100%)
  • Lesson contents are instilled better with higher satisfaction comparing to visual-based online lesson. (80+%)
  • Enhance students’ motivation to learn (70+%)

The lesson is conducted “online” but not “face-to-face” in a classroom.

We only instructed “Please try to pinch” when using MR goggle . Was it easy to control to move or turn magnetic field ?
